Hi-Q develops requirements for British Forces Post Office EPOS global deployment Hi-Q was contracted by the British Forces Post Office, through the MOD, to develop the System Requirements Document (SRD) for an Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) system which is to be deployed to over 80 locations world wide. The SRD provided a sound basis from which to contract solution providers. In producing the SRD, Hi-Q used it’s ’model driven requirements™’ approach and the MOD Architectural Framework (MODAF)
Hi-Q develops SRD for Priming Equipment Packs (PEP’s) Hi-Q successfully completed, a contract for the LAIPT/PMO to develop the System Requirements Documents for the DLO’s PEP’s programme. PEP’s are a means of priming lines of support within the DLO’s Supply Chain and focussing resources on deploying the force rather than immediately sustaining it hence supporting a more effective programmed surge activity.
Hi-Q to develop a Controlled Values Repository Hi-Q successfully completed a competitive contract let by MOD DG Info’s Central Data Management Authority (now the Information Coherence Authority for Defence - ICAD) to develop a coherent and cost effective means of managing the plethora of existing MOD architectures and stove piped applications. This is being facilitated through the development of a Controlled Values Repository.
Hi-Q helps demonstrate benefits of Defence Enterprise Architecture Hi-Q was awarded a significant 18 months long contract, in stiff competition with other defence contractors, by MOD DG Info as prime contractor of a team (Salamander and EDS Defence), to undertake work packages whose main purpose is to demonstrate: ’The benefits realised by the application of Enterprise Architecture at the Defence level.’
Hi-Q develops rCAT Transformational Tool Hi-Q was contracted by CSD (Apps), LA IPT and the DPA’s Integration Authority, in a joined up three phase sequence, to develop a series of interface tools which will ultimately enable model data in different formats to be managed between various Enterprise Architectural (EA) tools such as ISSE, METIS and MooD.

Hi-Q delivers Report Builder extensions to DE&S DG ISS CID database Hi-Q developed a Customer Information Database (CID) for the DE&S DG ISS Customer Relations Manager (CRM) team earlier this year. The DE&S DG ISS required a tool to record and manage customer issues, which would be made available to their customers and CRM teams at multiple sites.
